Azence Team Mission Statement
Before officially launching AZENCE in 2013, Tricia served as Marketing Director of DirectNET, managing a Professional Services Team of Data Center Engineers and its subsidiary e-commerce properties for more than 10 years. She has managed successful CRM (customer relationship management) & CMS (content management system) integrations during her tenure and was responsible for several online brands, one of which generated more than $2M in sales upon her exit. Prior to that, Tricia started her own dot com in early 2000 and developed state-of-the-art SEO techniques that propelled her career into digital marketing. She earned her undergraduate degree of BSc. In Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and University of Wollongong, Australia.
In addition, she has obtained her Web Development certificate, trained in html5, css, ektron CMS400.net and Hootsuite (Social Media) certified. She loves spending time with her family and travels back and forth between her family in America and Singapore where she was originally from. In her spare time, she is an avid traveler, plays tennis and hosts game nights with friends. Tricia is a self-proclaimed tree hugger and closet self-improvement geek.

She loves reading, and cooking during her spare time. She's an animal lover and currently has 4 rescue dogs and one cat.
Jesse has over 10 years experience shaping content format and delivery, including managing international enterprise web systems, instructional media to help people with autism and corporate medical device marketing.
When not shooting for CBS, Bill enjoys freelancing for organizations around the world and devoting time to nature photography. He also serves on the board of directors for Lalmba, a Colorado-based humanitarian organization that helps refugees and orphans in East Africa. Bill is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism.
